Processing Time

Most orders will be processed and ready to ship within 72 hours of ordering. If you have a large order or I need additional time, I will reach out to you with an updated timeline.

Shipping

I ship all orders with tracking through USPS, you will receive an email with tracking information to the address you provide at checkout. Unfortunately, I have no control over handling and shipping once I drop off at the post office. If you have any issues with delivery, please reach out to me with your order and tracking number and I will do my best to resolve any problems.

Returns and Exchanges
